Booking Cancellation Policy

Doceclinic has adopted the strict cancellation policy.
The cancellation can only be done up to 4 hours before the booking time.
If you cancel the booking up to 4 hours before the appointment time, 30% of booking price will be deducted as cancellation fee and remaining will be refunded to you.
You are allowed to cancel up to 3 bookings in 30 days.
On cancellation of the booking, the Internet handling charges, payment gateway charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.
If you opt for the refund on any other payment source – Credit card/Debit card or Net banking, the amount will take up to 7-10 days to get credited into your account.
We reserve the right to modify/add/alter/revise/discontinue or otherwise carry out any necessary changes to these terms and conditions and/or the cancellation feature (either wholly or in part)

To avail cancellation, you should be logged in to your Doceclinic account and cancel the booking with the same account.
